Due to company growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Analyst to join their team based in Budapest, Hungary.

Helpdesk Analyst - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

You will have excellent exposure to Windows, Active Directory, Password resets, Exchange, Office 365, resolving hardware problems, Printer issues, Remote Access software, call logging software as well as:

  • Office 365 support
  • Exchange support
  • AD/GPO management
  • Firewall management
  • Network troubleshooting (wired and wireless)

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2 years 1st / 2nd Line experience
  • Windows 7, AD Administration (creating accounts, email addresses, etc), Exchange, MS Office 365, etc 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be polite / personable
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent standard of English
