We now seek, due to expansion, experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team based in Tring.

Recruitment Consultant - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage specific client accounts
- Run your own “desk” placing permanent and contractors within your clients business
- Sourcing candidates from our company database and working closely with our dedicated research team
- Build long term relationships both face to face and over the telephone
- Working to daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Manage multiple accounts across varied industries.
- Sourcing new clients via cold calling and networking, new business.
The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a recruitment consultant within an agency or in house environment.
- The ability to manage multiple clients/vacancies simultaneously.
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
- Sales background is essential
- Determined and self-driven attitude is essential
- Results/Target driven
- Ability to cope well under pressure
- Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines and targets
- This role is heavily based on the phone so you need to have fantastic communication skills!
