We are growing at a phenomenal rate and now need to step up a gear and move to the next phase of our business plan. We require a very bright individual that has a ‘hands on’, ‘can do’ attitude to join our team in Tring as a Sales/Business Development Executive.

Sales/Business Development Executive - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Winning new business and establishing new client relationships
  • Outbound “Cold Calling” to secure business agreements with new customers
  • Outbound “Warm Calling” to re-acquire business from existing dormant accounts
  • Actively network and source new recruitment opportunities through any feasible means
  • Negotiating terms and conditions and finalising working partnerships/processes with new clients
  • Meeting clients face to face if required to conclude negotiations if necessary
  • Working in collaboration with internal consultants to secure and fulfil  client roles and requirements
  • Support internal consultants with recruitment projects
  • Support internal researchers with resourcing projects
  • Proactively develop and broaden your industry knowledge

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 6 months experience of outbound new business cold calling (B2B or B2C)
  • Must be target orientated and used to high volume cold calling
  • A desire to progress within the recruitment industry would be advantageous
  • Well presented, articulate and able to absorb industry knowledge
  • Tenacious with a “go getter” attitude, hungry for the hunt and the kill
